These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and describe the general basis on which Lukrative Media LLC ("Lukrative Media," "we," "us," or "our") offers its paid media management services.
Services
Lukrative Media provides paid media management and campaign optimization services, including daily active management, campaign launches, and account audits. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal.
Ad accounts and ad spend
- Clients own and are responsible for their own advertising platform accounts.
- Clients fund advertising spend directly through their own payment methods.
- Lukrative Media charges a management fee only and does not hold, route, or advance ad spend on a client's behalf.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to necessary accounts and assets, and for ensuring their advertising complies with applicable platform policies and laws.
No guaranteed results
Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control. We provide services with professional care but do not guarantee specific results, rankings, revenue, or return on ad spend.
Fees and payment
Management fees, billing cadence, and payment terms are set out in the applicable engagement agreement. Ad spend is billed separately and directly to the client by the advertising platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lukrative Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
